How much was your DMV Renewal cost?

Florida -
My Z and CX-5 were each $36.85, and no emissions test to worry about.

In Ohio, for personalized plates it's about $125 per year...with e-check every two years that is based on the vehicle year (odd or even). This test is free.

Here in Cali, I paid $226 for my registration and another $40 to renew a personalized vanity plate.

This year I paid 350 in CA. I actually paid $370 in '13 for a personalized plate. I thought the state was messing with me. It has not gone down at all. Despite the steep bill for this privilege, our roads suck. Where does the money go?

You guys need to move to Pa. Cars are flat rate, and personalized plates are a one time fee of $44.00.
