hmmmmmm I think I prefer the new Z4 hardtop vert though.... not the coupe.

wilsonp 06-04-2011 07:01 PM

FYI the original NSX sold for less than 70K, so it would be #1 on my list. The 3000GT would be #2, and the last gen RX-7 would be #3.

We need a new thread for this ;) ANTI - sexy....

Mergnthwirker 06-07-2011 02:12 PM

I'm surprised no one has listed the all-time "crumpet catcher" the Jag XK-E?

My top 3:
1) the '93 RX-7
2) Ferrari Dino 246 (hard to find one now for $70k but they were out there for a while)
3) Porsche Cayman

Yes, I love curves!

I agree with the FD RX 7. I posted a pic of mine.... stock, red. I mean come on... that's pure goodness right there. Someone said it looked like a trans-am. I'm like... whaaaaaat? I still have a soft spot for my RX-7. I miss that car.

turbodog 06-07-2011 02:49 PM

Lancia Stratos
DeThomaso Pantera
BMW M1 (no, not the 1M!)
Based, of course, on selling price when new.

Isamu 06-08-2011 04:55 AM

When I was in highschool I was like dead set on that or an Acura Integra GSR.

I got a Mustang. :shakes head:

I was a signature away from buying a C6 grandsport. Just decided that spending that kind of money with a baby on the way was not a good idea. Don't get me wrong. I love my Z and it's definitely my number one for cars under $45K.

:iagree: The FD was way ahead of it's time. Will always be one of my favorite body styles. I just wouldn't want a rotary. LS FD

issforged 06-08-2011 12:55 PM

me and you have very very similar taste my friend

i think that the 1 series from BMW is by far one of the ugliest cars ever made

it looks like they took a 3 series and put it in a squisher

the lines are just all wrong and it has bug eye head lights
