Daily Drivers and their Mileage
 

Just wanting to hear from 370z owners who drive their Z daily.

What's the year of your car? Current Mileage? Miles driven per day? Miles Per Gallon Avg?

I drive an 09 370z Touring that I bought with 31k on it. Now sitting at 32k. I drive about 50mi/day to work and back. Avg MPG is about 20-ish according to the computer.

9 month DD...soon to be year-round when I move.

I'm at about 10,500. Commute varies depending on which location I am at, but I usually do 2 90 mile commutes a week. Average 26 mpgs with mixed driving.

I've had mine for a little over a month. Its an '11 model and I have around 750 miles on it. Best mpg I got was 17 but on average so far around 15 for a full gas tank.

2010, just over 13k, and I get about 13 - 16 miles per gallon. Damn my right foot lol

cool. i thought i would see some 20+MPG in your guys v6s . glad to see people are driving there cars ! and having fun.

If you get good gas mileage in a sports car you are not driving it right!

bought it 2010 may 19th brand new. Now has 8.4k (1 year) my Z is a daily car.

I got mine in April 2010. Currently 31,114km. 12.6L/100km average. I'm Canadian so u can convert if you want :)

Bought my 09 new in Nov of 09 with 50ish miles on it. GF lives about an hour away(used to) so I racked up miles quick and it gets driven to work. Right now I'm just under 65k get around 21mpg if I stay off the gas which at times is hard to do. No issues other than I'm on my 4th set of rear tires and 3rd up front. Still love every mile

09 21k miles with an average mpg of 23 (lot of that is longer trips)

I averaged 7.5 mpgs at zdayz.

I have 10,400..bout it about 3 months ago with 7,000 on it.

picked her up in april of 09 34K miles and 23 mpg

Not my DD, but at 1230 miles, I average about 17. :(

09 with 19k in a year and 3 months.
I miss the Z when i dont drive it for a day.

I put on about six miles a day going to and from work. Never bothered to check gas milage. I bought it about a month ago, new, with 300 miles on it. It has about 800 miles on the clock.

2011 with 4K miles since March 1. It's my wife's DD and gets at least 25 mi per day just on the regular commute. Mostly highway + relaxed driving = 20-25 mpg at best. Spirited weekend driving = 10-15 mpg.

I'm not sure why I thought I should just let the car sit instead of driving it DD. Cars are made to be driven and in this day and age they don't just die at 100k mi anymore. I guess proper care is the key here.

Got it May 09 and now have 38k. Majority spent on I-45 or I-10 usually getting 26mpg. However my overall average covering all 1747gal used so far is 22mpg.

I've been driving mine for... 8 months and have put 9580 miles on it. 1600 miles of that was on the trip home from buying it. I'll probably put another 5-6k on it before the year is over.

Average MPG is around 17-18. (99% city and my my foot are to blame)

I purchased my 2010 in October and I am currently at 14K miles. I drive about 75 miles a day and average 23.7 mpg says the computer ( 90% highway )

Started driving her March 15th and I'm at 21K now roughly. I should cut down on the joy riding with these gas prices but I can't help it

Always take the longer way no matter where I'm going.

My kpg is around 15, so I think I'm driving her well lol

Had mine for 18 months and put around 27k on it. 54 mile daily commute, averaged ~20 mpg.

bought mine used but already put ~2000miles on it within 2months.

I bought my '09 Z w/ 10k on the odo late Jan '11. I drive ~110mi per day, if not more. My current odo reading is 26k. I live in MI and drive year around. I average 23.5mpg.

The key is maintenance. I have get an oil change every 1.5 month. During the winter I get an unlimited carwash package.

I love the car and want to drive the hell out of it. Who knows what the market will offer in the next 10 years.

2011, got it 28th Dec 2010. Currently has 6190miles. I average about 18mpg.

I thought I put lots of miles on. You need to be doing it better and cleaner than the other guy. Now what is it with you?

Ya I have yet to figure out how I rack up so many miles.

09 bought new 24,000.
just now broken in good... no rattles or anything...

I tried to keep the miles low on mine. I can't help it. My 240 is a blast to drive too, but I almost always opt to take the 370.

Bought my 2009 touring last March with 10k miles on it. Now it's at a bit over 12k miles. I drive 20 miles daily to work and back. I get about 20 mpg

bought my 2011 Z new mid march with 140miles on it. currently have 1100 on it I drive about 6 miles a day total. get around 14mpg.

Bought June 2010 with 10 miles. Now, ~28,000+ miles.

Got my 2011 this Feb. It has 4100ish on it now. I told myself I would alternate between the Z and my Civic but its so hard to bring myself to consciously downgrade my drive to work lol.

July 2010. Bought new, I have 13,500 now. Overall, I think 18.5-19.5 mpg.

Bought in August 2010 with 87 miles. Now 7800 miles, daily driven. Soon to be in storage for a long while. Currently at 21 MPG.
