I think also if you want the fastest 0-60 time you can expect to pay around 65k (you can pick up an Arial Atom for about that nowadays)

Back to the OP's question, I think the 370z offers a lot of car for 35k.

Let's not forget some of these cars are hand made too. A Ferrari can do a 180 all day with no problems cause that's what it was designed for. A 35,000 dollar car well that's a different story obviously.

Well, what can I say? You need to keep buying cheap cars because you can't appreciate the expensive ones.

You think your 370Z is the pinnacle of engineering and the rest of the money in an F458 goes into the name? Or are you dogging on it because the adhesive formula first used was combustible at too low a temperature? Ferrari bought all those cars back/fixed them. What did Nissan do about their junk transmissions in the first GT-R's "We sorry, no launch mode, is mud/snow mode. Car no fun when launch hard, rear end go bump bump bump".

Yeah. Stick with your Nissans.

*Yes, I drive a Chevy, but I'm not so ignorant as to think engineering in the automotive world stops at my CF fenders (Initial R&D cost, $500K for tooling/design and research, not including any materials. Just in case you are counting cost/value, that's just the 2 front fenders on a mass-produced car.).
