Also did the Fairladies have a Sports package equivalent. This has the big brakes, wheels and tires and also front a rear spoiler but there is no mention of a stiffer suspension that the sport package includes in the 2010 and 2011 models. Thanks

The previous owner just shaved off the 370Z emblem and replaced it with a Fairlady Z emblem. I dont consider this rice, loads of people have done it. If you have all of the options you listed then it is most likely the sports package. To be sure, check if it has the rev matching system. Congrats on the Z.

I looked at both the Z and the Cayman, and I know the quality of the materials in the Porsche as supposedly better (Real suede, better cows died, maybe the clear coat was more expensive, I don't know, but it looked and felt the same). I just know that I would be very sad if all I got was the badge on the front and the uber-high service bills.

They are really close. I didn't drive one on the track, but they are very similar on the street. The cayman leans a lot less and has better brake balance, I like the engine on the Z a little more.

To me, the Berk does still make that sound (especially from outside the car). But it sounds great... like a really really pissed off Chewey.
