Yeah, I figured it out. Remember I am an honorary Asian due to my country of birth being Japan on Honshu in Yokosuka. :tup:

Since he's your neighbor, I feel sorry for you, because no matter what you do or say to correct the situation... he will be THERE everyday that you live there.

I would try not to escalate the situation. Imagine what he'd do to your car, your house, or hell, your family, if you're not around.
