Funny thing is, a lot of our friends are into Harleys and have that "Jap crap" group-think going on. One of them is like "Dave, why do you drive that Jap car?" and I go "Because its' awesome, dumbass."

:iagree: 1000%

I'm a car guy through and through. I don't care what you drive or where it's from... if you're a car guy too you're cool in my book.

You should remind him that you cant support GM because they took federal bailout money to finance their plants in China and Korea.

Going Global: South Korea First To Build, Sell New 2013 Chevrolet Malibu - Rumor Central

Tell him you support Nissan because of their investment in US manufacturing jobs.

What year and model Chevy truck does he drive? Hope its not one made in Mexico. LOL!

Also let him know that driving old cars doesnt help manufacturing sector much either as many of the replacement parts come from outside the US and old cars dont drive new union manufacturing jobs he so proudly "supports"..

If anything he isnt much of a patriot? Do you ask him if he shops at Wall Mart and buys cheap Chinese made stuff or does he go to local farmers markets to buy stuff and have expensive union craftsmen make everything for him?

I love giving old school "americans" a lesson in global econmics. We dont live in the same world his grand parents did and we arent going back. Time for mr blue blood to become a patriot and embrace global economy.

The fun part is most of these diehard "Buy American" types don't know how to respond when you ask if they think the Chinese should continue buying GM cars. :icon17:

1. You sign his name and address to every gay club, magazine and newsletter you can find.
2. Find his email address and add the same.
3. Call his home from a local bar phone and ask for his wife and hang up.
4. Make sure you have a larger American Flag in your yard> Why because this 5 yr old mentality is the only thing this line worker understands. There is no reasoning with ****-for-brains.
5. Get a Fast Intentions Exhaust and remove the cats from your car. Point the back of your car at his house 8:00am Sunday as you leave for Church.
6. Tell him the Red Wings Suck San Jose Johnson.
7. Follow up on fixing up one of the old cars.
8. Have a block party without them.
9. Gut a deer out in the front yard when you know he is home.
10.Get a large fence and don't acknowledge his presence. Make sure the neighbors know the story first.

The more asswipes like that leaving the state, the better I feel, but I am sad he ended up as your neighbor.
