bad news!!!!!!!!!driver in jetta dint have a driver license and he wasn't in the insurance policy also de officer told me he allready has a ticket for no license.. i dont know what happen to that gay after the accident some 1 in here have a guess of what can happen to that z destroyer

My advice to you is to not fix the car and have insurance total the car if you haven't already done this. If you truly hit the VW doing 40 MPH your chassis will never be the same. Your car will also have major accident in its history lowering resale value. I see significant chassis damage in your pictures. I would fight insurance company and have them total the car and get a new one to replace this car.
