Yes he was arrested. The sheriffs arrived about 2 min after and immediately handcuffed and put in back of the cruiser. I am sure them being there that fast had

Yes he was arrested. The sheriffs arrived about 2 min after and immediately handcuffed and put in back of the cruiser. I am sure them being there that fast had something to do with all the other cars he hit on the way called 911
Oh and I forgot to add, if you zoom in on the second pic, you can see the back of the grey car that he hit from behind. He hit it so hard, it spun around and tore the bumper clean off.
