Scottsdale PD will still ticket people for parking in handicapped spots and incorrectly, I've watched them do it to a Boxster .

If that's the owner sitting in the chair next to it, he could have proper permits.

For the handicap, he does (look at the mirror), but the parking job is still completely off (typical Lambo drivers).

I'm part of a volunteer program for our county and am deputized to write tickets to people parked in accessible parking spaces without plates or placard or with an expired placard. Ran across a 350Z parked illegally once - I just gave them a warning tho

Really? My wife would love to do that. One of her biggest dreams is to report expired license plates on a commission basis. I have no idea why that particular issue bothers her so much

I have to swear an oath that I do not accept any money or benefits in order to participate in this program.

I don't do it for my own satisfaction of writing tickets. I'm extremely knowledgeable in the accessibility code, and I have joined to be a resource for the county and other volunteers in case they have questions.
