1st & 2nd picture - agree with parking managment. hate to say it, but i would have posted your picture here as a "crappy parker".

3rd picture - looks better, but I wouldn't take the chance parking in a compact spot.

Its probaby just one of those baskets to carry camping/hunting stuff, we have one but it sits way lower and a lot closer to the tailgate...doesnt extend out nearly that far. That really is a hazard.
