I would just put my shopping cart right behind it and box it in.

to the driver though, for even trying it. Though, somehow I don't think it can be real? How would one get out? NASCAR style or rear hatch? I guess... that's a lot of effort just to be right by the door.

My guess is that 6 burly high-schools students picked it up and placed in there as a practical joke. I read that there was a Smart Car canal-dunking craze in the Netherlands a while back.

I would try to jam my shopping cart into the rear hatch like you're SUPPOSED to do. I assume the hatch swings inward like a shopping cart?

I vote for completely retarded... not for parking there; for buying a Smart Car.

Same thing happened at my apartment parking lot last week. some dbag took the designated handicap spot from my neighbor. Not only that, he also double parked. Completely ahole and inconsiderate

Man if i tried to take pictures of the retarded parking jobs at my unit, i would run out of space on the memory card. Whats even worse, all of our squadrons are back from afghanistan (first time since i believe 2006-07) so parking is tight as is. Theres guys with pickups taking 2 spots, seen a mustang taking up 2 spots up front.
