I would leave an ******* note for sure.

Instead of confronting or ridiculing her, try to help her out. Get 2-3 other Good Samaritans together and slide her car into place for her. I'm sure she will appreciate it.

I would talk to the parking management and tell them she is taking up a compact car spot.

Not the first time I've encountered someone leaving a cart near my car. I seem to attract them a lot, specially when I park far in this town

Nah it was two spots, there is a break in the shadows that looks like a no parking area (I do that as well)

Last night, zero fvcks were given.

Once I got a ticket for doing that and my tire was literally one inch over onto the non-spot. I couldn't believe it. I fought it and the ticket got cut in half:shakes head: not even worth the effort :mad:
