When he parks there, he 1: blocks my business' sign 2: blocks my business' window 3: makes entering/exiting my business' parking lot tricky for my customers.
He typically parks there and leaves the truck there for 20-30 minutes while he makes deliveries to other addresses.

If he impedes my ability to do business, he affects my income which means I have less money to order the things he delivers.
It's a vicious cycle.

Reported him to UPS.
I tried to find him the other day to have a chat and ask him nicely to stop parking there, but he was off making deliveries somewhere on the block, so I had to go over his head.

UPS drivers are on a time schedule. So many minutes per stop. If you can some how slow him up for his next stop. Then he has to hurry up for the rest of the day. Do it enough times. He might get the message. :D

A few of these strategically placed might solve the problem.
