drunk/high/rage are the only options I can think of... it probably happened at night and the person walked/ran away :ugh2:

That looks like they tried to drive over the sidewalk and high centered it. Perhaps they were in the store calling friends to help them push it off. Or, a tow truck to help them out. A few boards and 10 minutes and I would have them off of there. However, a tow truck could safely get them back on the street with the least amount of damage. If you don't have AAA it will cost you about $100 to get that off there safely.

The crazy things people do.

They definately did not run away as they placed the sun shades.

I always want to park right next to people that do this but with my luck they'll leave before I do and then I look like the tard that can't park properly...
