You really couldn't park one more space over? WTF.

He's actually doing you a big favor. Look at all the space he left between himself and you. No chance of a door ding. No chance of anyone else parking right next to you. I would actually be happy that he parked next to me.

Well, no one else was going to park in that lot and that lady literally just parked right in the middle of two spaces. Literally, NO ONE parks in that lot which is exactly why I park there. Took this picture earlier in the day yesterday to show what I mean (this is every day of the week):

This was my initial intent, but the security personnel I spoke to asked me to give them some time to talk to the owner about it.

I know exactly what you mean, but jeopardizing my job over a front bumper didn't seem worth it.

Seriously, I'd put a note on the car with the picture stating they had 24 hours to contact me with their insurance information before I turned it over to my attorney.

Believe me, today I was going to take matters into my own hands. I couldn't bare to sit at my desk while nothing was being done.

Haha! That would have been awesome, unfortunately it was a middle aged Indian man.

Anyway, this morning I spoke to the security guy and he informed me he had located the owner and he would speak to him. In the end he admitted it was his fault. We exchanged insurance info and he seemed like a nice person and was genuinely apologetic. I'm not sure why it took him this long to respond, but we made progress. But I won't be satisfied until I receive a check or a confirmation from his insurance company that they are going to pay for the repairs. I've had this happen to me in the past; where another guy admitted fault but later I found out he told his insurance company I hit him. With no pictures or witnesses it was his word against mine, and I ended paying for my own repairs.

Good news! I hope all gets fixed to your satisfaction.

Good work, someone idiot did something like that with my old Camaro, except it was an suv and the triler hitch was left depressing into the top front bumper. Thankfully the front to that Camaro is plastic like the rest of the car and little damage was done. I returned the favor with a nice key mark down the whole side of their car.

You don't know that for sure. It still doesn't change the fact that she did you a favor. If anyone else happend to park in that lot, they wouldn't be parking next to you thanks to her!

What the hell, bast*rds. These stupid baseball people piss me off. If I park far over in my space, that doesn't give you the right to park into my freaking space.

Solution? Paint a white line on their car above where it is on the ground. It will be a little racing stripe reminder not to park like a blockhead.

Also, digging your camera - those pictures look awesome.

Best part of the Malibu's park job is that they have a handicap plate and could be parking close to the door.

2009 Ford Explorer, 2007 Cadillac Escalade, 1998 Chevrolet Malibu none of which worthy of double spots.

More from the home of the most blatantly crappy parking you'll find anywhere, featuring econoboxes and 10+ year old SUV's:

I tried to throw a wrench into the machine by parking in just one spot, but when I came out of the gym I found that they were undeterred and simply did their thing around me:

9AM at the liquor store in Colonial park (Harrisburg, PA)
I'll excuse this crappy parking on account of Holiday madness... and the fact that these people are at the liquor at 9AM, which speaks for itself.
