Instead of confronting or ridiculing her, try to help her out. Get 2-3 other Good Samaritans together and slide her car into place for her. I'm sure she will appreciate it.

Not the first time I've encountered someone leaving a cart near my car. I seem to attract them a lot, specially when I park far in this town
