idk what it is but i have some U shaped thingy that sits in the styrofoam stuff around the spare tire. 2010 base model

mine must be defective cause since i bought my z about 40 days ago, its been rainy and cold for pretty much 35 of those days. do you think nissan would swap mine out for a new one?
