drivers seat adjustment

I have a 2010 370 z nissmo. When I race the car my helmet hits the headliner and I have to slump in the seat to fit. Not comfortable or

When I race the car my helmet hits the headliner and I have to slump in the seat to fit. Not comfortable or safe. I am only 5-10 so I am not that tall. Is there a way to lower the seat more than the normal seat adjustment.
