Default TPMS Concern

It's been awhile since I've gotten one of my tires replaced because I ran over a bolt (New car).

I recently stumbled upon the TPMS and I was just wondering when I bought the new exact tire, did it come with TPMS? I'm not sure where this TPMS thing is located and I threw the old tire away when I got it replaced.

Cool

TPMS is attached to the rims. Is the indicator your getting on the left side of the dash and is telling you to have your tire serviced or an actual icon of a tire with an exclamation? If its asking for tire service, check your pressure. If the pressure is correct, then the settings of the tire maintenance just needs to be changed. Otherwise whoever did your tire swap either tossed the TPMS away or stole it during the exchange.

Am I able to see the TPMS without taking the tires off? I tried looking for it but I don't see anything.
