OP- you did the right thing to yell at him. the can will scratch the soft clearcoat. if you're a detailer type like me, anything harder than a plush MF

OP- you did the right thing to yell at him. the can will scratch the soft clearcoat.
if you're a detailer type like me, anything harder than a plush MF towel should not make contact with the paint especially when dry. and the object better not drag on the paint.
