When can we expect news on the 2012 Z?

Production for the currecnt model year usually stops around the third week of June. Expect some news in August since there was some kind of disaster in Japan that may slow down retooling and production.

The thing is, with low 10k range U.S. sales in another thread, I fear 2011 or 2012 is the final year of the Z.

Tell me I'm wrong, say it ain't so. I do not want a haitus like the 300zx.

I'm fine with having the most up to date Z out, and having time to save money to buy the new one when it comes out lol.

Where would you put batteries in a Z anyway? Hide a few 9V batteries in the cubby and call it a hybrid?
