windows dont automatically roll up?

Hey guys my windows recently don't roll up automatically (when you press the button all the way up)... they roll down automatically just fine... and I can roll them up

Hey guys my windows recently don't roll up automatically (when you press the button all the way up)... they roll down automatically just fine... and I can roll them up however now i have to hold the button up the whole time while it is all the way closed.. has anyone had this problem or know what to do to fix this?
