Well I know we are dealing with a V6 not a V8, but I like a deeper sound at higher RPM. Some of them I have listened to seem to have a lot of whine to them. I dont think I have heard any sound clips with the test pipes on. With the test pipes are there any issues with the O2 sensors?

Sometimes. You can put steel wool in front of the o2 sensors to prevent it.

There are a pretty good number of threads that have pretty solid information on exhaust and TP choices.

Yeah exhaust is all gonna come down to opinions. Some of those sound clips dont do justice to the exhausts. Truth be told I loved this car out the box, but I really just want it louder.

Ive gone through a good bit of the stuff we have here, just trying to get the best bang for the buck performance wise. Been following Spohns build journal so I cant wait to see it this weekend.

You'll defiantly have many options to listen to this weekend. Test pipes will open it up. But then there's the rasp issue must can't deal with. I love it. You should here the straight headers on my dads race car. I'm still deaf. And that's just on a 4 banger.

4K To Spend. I would do exhaust, test pipes, Gen3 intake, Uprev, springs, spacers, and still have some for alignment and steak dinner. Plus turn around and sell your stock parts. Unless you'll really need them. You can get some bucks for the cats.
