one for daily driving, one for the weekends. if you only have a $225k ferrari to drive, you are going to have serious problems unless you're so loaded that you don't care what happens to the car after you park it. if one car is enough, one gt-r and $135k in the bank suit me fine. |

Let's get back to reality here for those of us who drive 370Z's and maybe the occasional GT-R owner who hangs out on this forum (since I haven't noticed any Ferrari 458 owners posting). |
Any regrets?
None. Perfect. Exactly what I wanted. |

Copying is the sincerest form of flattery. Just look at the 2011 Dodge Charger R/T. If that's not an outright copy of a GTR, I don't know what is.

I wanted the 40th and didn't have a choice on transmission. No regrets at all.

nothing is special anymore anyways. to sell cars they would put paddle shifter's
on a yugo............... remember when push button starters were the rage.... now they are everywhere..... |
How high mileage was that 370z that blew it's tranny? 100k?
|
No real regrets, but my clutch knee is killing me. I've driven manuals for 12+ years and my left knee seems to be paying the price for it. The damage may have come from something else, but I'm pretty sure it's all that driving.
Still. The Z is worth it, even with the daily pain. I'm sure the automatic would be close to providing as much fun, but I'm glad I went manual. |

Making us less necessary in the driving process is just one step closer to the machines becoming self aware and taking over. Skynet FTW! |
