It's really just leather on the outside of the seats and suede in the middle. The better features I like of the touring package are the seat heaters and the bluetooth. I wouldn't let the leather seats be the deciding factor either. Seat heaters and bluetooth are much more useful and if you are find without them, go for the yellow one
