Going thru a divorce is very difficult and I won't be able to have a $600+ car payment with affording an apartment on my own( yes..just bought a new house 8 months ago) I can't say when exactly I must let Inky go, but it will most likely be within 3 months or so unless I can get $40,000 out of the azzhole husband to pay off my loan. Either which way I will still be in the Z community and will either have a 350z or maybe a 4WD car( any suggestions?!) And no smart azz comments please...this is not a good time thanks
Well, since you aren't going to tell the whole story and he isn't here to tell his...(although I am VERY curious how the woman lost the house and the car and the man paid for nothing if its all "his fault", considering how the court system USUALLY works...)

Anyway, try finding a cheaper appartment. I shopped around until I found a GREAT appartment for peanuts. You just look around and I bet you can cut a couple hundred off rent without sacrificing living conditions. Or rent a house. Or get a roommate.

Can you re-finance the car for a longer time frame?

If you have a good car and you like it and it has been reliable for you, try to hang onto her!
