As long as the GT-R is on th sales roster, I think it's highly unlikely the Z will ever get any significant performance upgrade.

Given the economy and rapidly declining Z sales, I wouldn't even necessarily expect the whole Z line will survive the next 3 years, let alone a V8 or even a turbo of any kind.

I agree, I think the 370 is done after maybe one more mid year upgrade
