Scuff Marks inside door

I wish scuffing was my only issue with the kick plates. Have a few gouges from dress shoes. Have to get in in tight conditions and it is either mess

Have a few gouges from dress shoes. Have to get in in tight conditions and it is either mess up the shoes or the plates.
