I have to say its a chick magnet.

Everytime I open my garage door, my neighbor's cat always runs inside my garage and sits next to the Z. I dont know why. I have tandem parking. For some reason the cat always runs to the Z and sits next to the Z. Never for once, she runs to my DD. Somtimes I park my DD inside and Z behind it, or vice versa, but the cat still sits next to the Z.

I have to say i receicved compliments from both sexes. Females usually look at my Z but as soon as I catch them looking, they look away.

Guys usually smile at me. Some came and talked to me at the gas station. But i noticed most Civics or ricers usually slow down on the freeway and drive behind me as soon as they spot my Z.

Hey Purist, it is true this car image deserves more than the young male adult full of testosterone influencing his decisions. The cars' image would get more respect if grown ups were actually driving it and from what I hear these guys should be saving their dosh for other things. You guys like us have to pay for education right?

Actually yes there is, i feel the need coming on. to me at least, this forum is populated by a fair amount of young guys who are immature and it shows with the posts and replies in this forum, and that is why my reply is such as it is, so bugger off, i am entitled to my reply/view/observation.

Yes I do a MX5 and proud of it, you really should have an open mind. Don't forget many times I have posted about how good i think the ZED is, so i am not knocking the ZED, it is great, I am knocking the mentality of some forum members on here. Get it?

There is nothing wrong with the Miata Mx-5. Its the world's best selling sports car. It's a better sports car than the Z, pound for pound.

Again pound for pound, on a race track, the Miata would leave the Z, Porsches in the dust.

The miata is nothing to laugh about if you truly appreciate the superb handling and dynamic of a sports car.

I guess being entitled to your opinion means you smack around the younger kids who have a good amount of respect for their Z's. Not everyone appreciates what they have (if anyone recalls the one guy who came on a week or two ago who "drove" his brother's "M5").

This just happened an hour ago...I was driving to downtown here. Lined up with a white civic with a hot persian girl driving. Green light, I drove off. She kept tailing me the whole way. Every red light, I look at my side rear view mirror and she smiles and waves at me. Finally after we crossed the bridge into downtown, she lined up next to me, blocking all traffic, and said "nice car! Wanna give me your number?"

No BS. I've had girls yell "nice car!" or "I love your car!" or stuff like that before. Never have I had a girl ask me for my number due to a car no matter what I drove.

Don't chance it from the neck down.
