I believe those mod figures are a bit on the high side. Many of them, such as the HFCs, camber kit, etc (ie, stuff "under the hood") will not add any value to the car.

The wheels, exhaust, things like that which are more "visible" to the buyer will help toward you directly recouping the value of those mods.

It really is in your best interest to part the car out, even if you need to take the parts off yourself. IMO, the amount you spend in labor, if you intend to go that route, will still be less than you will recoup from the sale of those mods individually vs having them installed when you sell the car.

last little note: people like the idea of buying a car that's "unmodified" a lot of the time. Seeing that the car has been tinkered with actually goes against your favor with the majority of buyers.
