In a bad winter, nothing is more practical than staying home. Idiots are everywhere, so no car is practical. If you're more concerned about performance and power, then practicality shouldn't even be in your mind. IMHO, the EVO is an ugly box car. To this day, I still don't understand the fascination behind the EVO line. It's not a sports car. It's not really a family car. It's like a mushroom - there's really nothing good about it. ![]() I had a Honda Accord 4D as my first family car. It was fine, but after a while I realized I needed more space for my growing family and for the larger luggage that came with us on vacations. That's why I decided on a minivan. If you can afford to buy a used family car and have no payments, then that would be the way to go. I have a feeling that you'll be unhappy with the EVO after a couple of years.
