wiring an amp to factory dash

Whats the best way to wire a amp to the factory radio. what wires do you wire into on the back of the had unit since there is no audio

Default wiring an amp to factory dash

Whats the best way to wire a amp to the factory radio. what wires do you wire into on the back of the had unit since there is no audio cable hookups have the converter just trying to find witch wires to connect to would it be best going from the doors or the head unit itself

you'll need to get a speaker level to line level converter and route your amp that way.

btw, there's a audio section. talk to Big and 90ST over there. they know their stuff.

I use a Cleansweep JL Audio CleanSweep - OEM Interface Car Audio to interface between amp and head unit, works great.

Lets hook up after the SNOW and I'll show you how I did mine added 2 alpine amps and sub and swapped Focal's in the front doors.
I live in the Stone Oak area. tied into factory amp behind the seats also using factory amp to drive rear factory speakers and Factory Bose sub.
