You've already got sport pkg, I see, so wheels/brakes probably aren't a dire need at this point. Test pipes or HFC's are a possibility, but they're not for everyone. My favorite inexpensive mod so far is the rear fog lamp with OEM switch, but again it's personal preference. Maybe a suspension upgrade? I don't know much about those mods, but they seem to be popular.
