370z Owners - PLEASE LOOK HERE. URGENT.

The dealership I'm getting my 370z from is putting me in a very affordable car. The catch? It has a rebuilt title. According to the auction they are getting it from (Manhiem) the unit only sustained right side damage (It was rear ended.):happydance:

2010 Nissan 370z
1,840 miles
Severe rear end damage.

I don't have a CarFax, (they don't even know if they want to get it because they didn't inspect frame damage yet.) and I don't know if the car has Frame Damage. :ughdance:

Based off the following pictures, would you buy it?
-- They are waiting for my response so that they can make an offer to the Insurance companies.

I also have the VIN number if someone can please help me make sure this unit does not have a REPORTED frame damage.

What are the differences between a Salvaged Title and Rebuild-able Title?

Looks like another one of those "VDC Off" victims...

I just want to make sure I'm not putting my life and pockets at risk here guys. This is why I posted the pictures first before I asked them to make an offer to the Insurance companies.

I appreciate the responses, I e-mailed my contact and told her to find something else. Can anyone else chime in on why this is a bad idea?

1800 miles.... ****.... I guess patience is what I need here.

Because it's busted as hell. May never ride the same as new. Worthless to re-sell. Expensive to fix. Waste of time, money, and potentially a forever-annoyance/money-pit with no return value.

really getting sick of these "no vdc = crash" bs. If you cant go without crashing your car without VDC, you shouldnt be driving. As a matter of fact, if you cant drive a car without VDC you shouldnt own a sports car.

BAD IDEA- I would bet my Z that car will NEVER ride the same again. Its a GREAT parts vehicle, but sadly, that car has no business being on the road. You can thank your patience when you find something better than this mess of a car.

Once the frame is no good the car is basically useless...
No point in trying to drive a car that's frame got rear ended + rear wheel drive car.
No Good....

Pro Tips, Pro Tips. Thanks guys.

So, I told them to add the Nismo so their search. Because this is a Nissan community and I care about all of you, I won't say "I hope someone defaults on their Nismo Loan."
