Only a person with decent class will do that, and he won't force somebody to race him, obviously that retard kid doesn't have any class.

Yeah, I thought taunting someone because the didn't want to break the law suggested a mental deficiency or personality defect of some kind. Glad to see justice was swift in this one. Great story
