Actually - You forgot to capitalize the "you." Nevertheless, when saying something like a, b and c - the comma is optional after the b - consult your nearest MLS handbook.

Besides - who the **** cares? Seriously? The ONLY point of grammar / language is to convey ideas using simple sounds / words / whatever. If his point comes across to you - then the intent of him speaking / writing has been accomplished - leaving you looking like a moron. Just saying...

LOL - Look at how "our" language has changed over time. English was spoken and written completely differently 100 years back and even more so before that. Do you run around using "thous" and "arts"? I dont reckon you do

Language evolves just like everything else - so if today you find more than 50% of the folks saying / doing something one way which you might think is "wrong" (read: different from what you are used to) - you can bet than soon enough (eventually) that will be considered correct - no matter how much you are angered by it. So sit back and chill man - eventually we will reduce language to a handful of words "eat / sleep / **** / **** / drive"

Till that day comes - ill be a-waiting

When making a list in a sentence, a comma never comes before "and" (which immediately precedes the final entry). This is a rule, unless one was writing that sentence in the 1800's.
