The best way to ensure that your child grows up with a sense of entitlement, lack of motivation and very little feeling of accomplishment is to spoil them.

There have been numerous studies done and spoiling your child is considered by top child psychologists a proven formula for decreasing your childs chances of being successful in a competitive environment.

Is buying a teenager a a 30k sports car considered spoiling them?
I think so...

If they are working, take out a loan, and are making payments, I think age is not an issue at all....

Would be interested to read these studies if you have any further information, thanks.

Incidentally, not a good idea to buy your kids a new or powerful car. I assume my kids will wreck at least one car.
