Need help badly

you can do a visual check by removing the radiator shroud (the black plastic just forward of the radiator). i'd just do that to check periodically. also check the torque

Click the link in the second post just below your initial question. You'll go right to the DIY.

Removing the bumper isn't tough...you'll see. The only 'tricky' part is getting to each of the screws behind the wheel liners. Once everything is unscrewed, you just give a little tug by each headlight and you're home free. It helps to have a second person when you put it back on.
