This is an awesome thread! I too am glad to see you ended up with the 40th. Looking forward to seeing the end result! I sometimes wish I would have waited for the Anniversary model but I'm happy with my Z.

Nitrouz, you are quite the interesting car enthusiast. I think many sports car owners would absolutely kill for a GT-R. They are amazing cars but I definitely agree with the philosophy that finding a car you love and enjoy to drive is far more important than the fastest car you can buy. That is why I've decided in a few years when things get a bit cheaper to go the twin turbo route for my 370z. There are very few cars that I have driven that put such a big smile on my face the way the 370z does and constantly does.

New wheels are gonna come out great. The new venaci line for 2011 is gonna be unique and mos different and great looking wheels

agree to buy a ton of stuff from a lot of vendors, go to car shows and have your car featured. if a company knows you are building a show/race car, its in their interest to get their parts on your car.

My Z is a show car...I want a stuff, too! (I show it to my friends, my neighbors, my kids' friends, random people on the street...)

haha. last night i watched an episode of 'battle of the supercars' where they raced a GT-R against a 911 Twin Turbo.

the GT-R easily beat the 911 Twin Turbo (won 3 out of the 4 events).

the guy who drove the 911 TT couldn't believe it, i was shocked too.

The GTR is FAST on the track, there's no doubt about that.
