I live a bit south of denver near castle rock. Yeah the roads are usually ok. It's usually my neighborhood, more specifically the 1st two blocks of my house.

Ah, yeah. I forgot. Some of those neighborhoods north of CS can be tricky and shady areas will keep the compacted snow and ice. Are you west of I25 or east? I spent a lot of time in Colorado Springs. I miss those roads! I used to race around Garden of the Gods in the middle of the night. [race is a loose term, I had a slow car ]

I'm more north of colorado springs. About a HR away. and GARDEN OF THE GODS... i'll definitely have to take some pictures up there in the summer. Red Rocks is awesome too.

I've been to Colorado Springs on business trips and loved that place, especially Garden of the Gods and the town on the other side …good food!
