I have used Intense for years and know all of them pretty well; in fact it is about time I stop in and hang out with them again.
I have always found that it is better to call them as oposed to sending emails. I have seen one of their inbox's; WOW. Just call them up, ask for Pete and he will get you straight. If there is a delay, it is for a good cause; as Fusz said, just hang in there. |
