No flame suit needed. I'm a heel-and-toe shifter as well. I was originally looking at touring Z's without sport packages, thinking I'd like the ride with those 18" wheels better and I didn't need those extras.

After test driving the Synchro-Rev, I was amazed and had to get it.

I think with hill assist, I'd like it too. I love the direct connection with manuals, but fighting hills (and traffic) is something I'd rather do without.
