The article pretty much gives the trophy to the GT 5.0 over the Z. Those that think otherwise are hanging onto a single sentence in that entire article (the 'choosing the Z for the track' line). Personally though I prefer the look and lines of the Z than the retro nature of the Mustang. It's just my personality to like sleek and modern over retro and old-school.

Put the GT's driveline over the Z's suspension and slap the Z's wrapper around it and you would have perfection.

i think you hit the hammer on the head with that one buddy, the Mustang doesnt inspire looks of excitement and wonder for sure, but its one hell of a platform.

I dunno, I love how it looks. The Z is very sleek and sexy and the Mustang is very rough and badass looking. I want both in my driveway!!!
