Glad to hear you guys are ok, getting distracted can happen to anyone even if no one else is in the car but what matters is that you live to learn from your mistakes.
yeah i def learned, and yeah the car is totaled. my girl did nothing to cause this, it was my fault

I feel sad seeing such a new car getting totalled. I hope you didn't hit another vehicle.

Glad you and your GF are OK.

Hmmm....now I am wondering if the brakes and rotors work on my base 2010? Wouldn't see why not.

Oh, and the L.S.D. might be nice too.

If the insurance company declared the car totalled, the car now belongs to the insurance company. I don't think you can strip parts from it.

Depends. Sometimes they total it and you keep it. Often keeping the car is part of the deal they cut, but with a car that bad the ins. company has no leverage to make you accept a lower price so they'll probably just sell it at auction.

Really glad you two are OK! Ultimately, that's all that matters.

Walking away is the most important aspect here. Thank goodness.
When the head air bags deploy, does it push your head back towards the cars middle? What is the sensation. I am curious. Again I am happy to hear you two are fine.
