Hey Sergio, that seems like a big issue. I wouldn't drive with ANY airbag issues. After all it's a life and death situation. I was able to find a TSB (it's not for 370Z but for other 07-09 vehicles including the 350Z)
Take a look: http://www.the370z.com/images/370zforums/NTB08-095c.pdf Basically they are saying if your sensor is okay, no further action necessary. But if it's faulty, they'll replace the passenger seat cushion or sensor . Also, to answer your question, NO I do not have this problem. Hope this helps.
