Update: 13 days later. The NCA rep called me back. She said the final decision was the I or someone else jump-started the car incorrectly and that damages to my car are not covered under the warranty.
FML Just got off the phone with the BBB. They said I had to fill out a complaint form and wait 2-4 weeks. |
