1. Adjust your left side mirror so that you have it at the right height, then move it OUTward until you can no longer see the side of your car. 2. Adjust your right side mirror by leaning over so that your head is in the center of the console, then adjust the right mirror so that the view from that position is the same as it was originally when you sat straight up in the driver's seat. Now you have a good view of both blind spots (not perfect, but very good). You have a panoramic view of what's behind you if you use all three mirrors. The rearview mirror handles the center of the road, and each side mirror catches the side it is on. Unlike the traditional setting, the images don't really overlap. |
