Nissan's Stance on Posting Service Bulletins?

I looked over the bulletins and the ones i was concerned with that actually happend to was clicking in the axle (this is under the trans/axle section) and rear hatch

I looked over the bulletins and the ones i was concerned with that actually happend to was clicking in the axle (this is under the trans/axle section) and rear hatch not opening due to spring failure.
