I wonder what the actual speed limit was at the point of the crash. If you're going fast enough over the speed limit it can be considered a felony. And,

If you're going fast enough over the speed limit it can be considered a felony. And, since a death occurred during the commission of a felony, those involved should have been charged with murder. It sounds like these guys actually got off easy.
